How Does This Work?

In order to prevent fraudulent requests for service, in which we are provided incorrect customer account information, this is the procedure:

1. Sign-up for a Basic Service Membership, submitting your billing information on the provided forms, which can be securely transmitted electronically or by fax.

2. You will then be issued a username and a password, within 24 hours, which will grant you access to our site for a period of 30 days. You will be billed $19.95.

3. If you choose to cancel, send an e-mail to Customer Service at: memberships@longandshortreports.com on or before the 30th day following the commencement of service. You will then be issued a full refund.

4. If you choose to continue to receive our service, do nothing. You will be billed automatically again on the 60th day following the commencement of your membership, and billing will remain automatic every 30th day. You may cancel at any time preceeding the 30th day of each billing cycle.

Basic Service Membership: gives subscribers access to the http://www.longandshortreports.com web site for a Special Introductory Price of $19.95 US (regular price: $29.95 US). Traders and investors participating in the Long and Short Reports messageboard room or our Live Audio Trading Room are expected to maintain a courteous and professional attitude at all times.  Off-topic or discourteous chatter during market hours is considered disruptive.  Our experience is that the vast (and often silent) majority of room participants expect and demand that disruptive chatter be absent while the markets are open and they are trying to concentrate on trading. 
Discourteous or offensive comments while the markets are closed is also considered disruptive. All ideas, suggestions or other items submitted to Long and Short Reports for any purpose whatsoever immediately become the sole and exclusive property of Long and Short Reports, and the submitter relinquishes all right or title to them and expects no compensation as a result of submitting them. No member may copy or otherwise communicate to non-members any Long and Short Reports materials or other Long and Short Reports information, or reveal Long and Short Reports's view of or position in any stock, without Long and Short Reports' express  written consent. 
In the Live Audio Trading Room and on our messageboard, negative comments about Long and Short Reports or its Audio Trading Room and messageboard, its personnel, or the stocks that it is following may subject you to discipline, including a temporary or permanent ban from the room or loss of your Long and Short Reports membership.
Accordingly, any disruptive behavior will be subject to discipline.  Disruptive behavior will lead to a temporary or permanent ban from our rooms.  It may even lead to forfeiture of all membership privileges without refund.  Decisions on bans and other forms of discipline are in the sole discretion of the channel moderators.  Adherence to these rules will enhance your trading experience. 
Participation in chat rooms that are known or believed by Long and Short Reports to steal and discuss confidential Long and Short Reports information will result in immediate loss of your membership.
While Long and Short Reports will endeavor to deliver e-mails to members in as timely a fashion as possible, it is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by actions taken, or procedures followed, by members' Internet Service Providers or general problems related to the internet, or errors made by the members themselves.

Long and Short Reports has a strict policy of not granting refunds.  Membership Fees are charged to a Member's credit card automatically in advance upon sign-up and on each subsequent Renewal Date unless and until we receive a written Notice of Cancellation (a "Cancellation Notice").  To submit a Cancellation Notice, a member must inform us by either editing their Member Profile in the Member's area of the http://www.longandshortreports.com web site, or by sending a cancellation e-mail to Customer Service at: memberships@longandshortreports.com  
Cancellations not made in the Member's Profile area of the web site must be made in writing in e-mail form.  Upon receipt of a Cancellation Notice, we will terminate all membership privileges immediately, without refund, and no subsequent charges will be made to the member's credit card for Membership Fees.  Cancellations may not be made retroactively - messages to us that a cancellation was intended before a previous renewal date are disregarded pursuant to the no-refund policy, and will only result in an immediate membership termination with no refund unless the member can supply a copy of a valid Cancellation Notice that had been submitted to us before a previous Renewal Date.
